Starting and running a company takes courage – especially in economically challenging times. Paul Wieder has demonstrated this courage: in 2019, at the age of 25, he started his own business in the catering industry. With his “‘sPaul Restaurant” in Mitterndorf he fulfilled a long-held dream.
Now the chef, who was awarded three toques by Gault & Millau, has applied for the OÖN Pegasus Business Prize in the “Hope for the Future” category. The restaurant offers, among other things, a breakfast buffet and a high-quality gourmet menu. The ingredients come from local farmers and suppliers.
