The man from the Vöcklabruck district was driving his car on the B126 from Bad Leonfelden towards Linz around 1:30 p.m. After other drivers received reports of his unsafe driving style, a driver and vehicle check was carried out in Haselgraben.
Clear signs of substance abuse were identified, whereupon he was brought before the medical officer and the impairment caused by substance abuse was confirmed. The driver’s license has been temporarily withdrawn – a report will be sent to the Urfahr-Raum district administration.
