The Mattighofen fire department was alerted at 7:17 a.m. on Saturday. A silver-colored Audi left the road in a left-hand bend on Moosstrasse for unknown reasons.
The car rammed a parked Ford Fiesta and crashed head-on into a “bistro box”. The self-service pizzeria was significantly damaged in the accident. There is also extensive damage to both cars.
According to initial information, the driver of the Audi was seriously injured. The firefighters were able to finish the operation around 8:45 a.m.
