200 Leader funding projects have triggered investments of over 20 million euros in 20 years, of which 7.5 million euros were obtained from Leader funding. This is the conclusion drawn by the management of the Attersee-Attergau regional development association (regatta) based in Seewalchen.
Under the motto “Setting sail together”, the regatta is running projects in the 14 member communities in the EU Leader funding program. “The projects are predominantly joint, cross-regional and implemented by associations,” says managing director Leo Gander. “We want to strengthen cooperation,” said chairwoman Maria Staufer and her two deputies Nicole Eder and Ernst Pachler.
