Poland’s calls to the European Commission (EC) to start an antimonopoly investigation against Gazprom have no “weighty grounds and prospects.” This was stated in an interview with Izvestia by the Russian ambassador to the republic Sergei Andreev.
“The whole topic of gas relations between Russia and the EU is extremely politicized, including through the efforts of Polish officials. The Polish minister’s calls for an antimonopoly investigation against Gazprom, if you take a careful look at the situation, look very strange and seem to have no weighty grounds and, accordingly, no prospects. But, as experience shows, this does not mean at all that some strange case against Russia will not grow out of these strange appeals, ”the ambassador noted.
“Without our Victory there would be no such state on the map”
