The American president, Joe Bidensaid on Wednesday that The United States is “considering” Australia’s request to drop espionage charges against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
In February, The Australian Parliament passed a motion to end the legal saga against Assange. Which the Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, supported at the time.

Assange, an Australian citizen, was arrested five years ago in the United Kingdom, is being held in a London prison. He fights against his extradition to the United States.
