The three young men who robbed and brutally beat a guest at a costume ball on February 15th were traced and arrested.

The police made the arrests after extensive investigations. An anonymous tip received by the Altmünster police station was helpful. The perpetrators are three young boys: a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old, both from the Gmunden district, and a 15-year-old Hungarian citizen from the Eferding district.
After consultation with the Wels public prosecutor’s office, the 15-year-old from the Gmunden district was arrested and taken to the Wels prison.
