For two years, Michael Schwarz was the district chairman of the Schärding Young Business Association. Now there was a change at the top:
Schwarz handed over his office to Philipp Kastinger last week. Kastinger, himself a fourth-generation young entrepreneur at the Gupfinger company in Schärding, sees his role as a good opportunity to support young entrepreneurs and advance key issues in the young economy. High additional wage costs, a lack of skilled workers and heavy bureaucratic burdens are currently making it difficult for young entrepreneurs to become self-employed, says Kastinger.
“We especially want to support new founders and company successors, because it is important that young entrepreneurs can overcome these challenges more easily and concentrate on the essential tasks as entrepreneurs. We will not let up and will continue to vehemently push for our concerns in politics,” says Kastinger. He is supported by his two deputies, Marija Miskovic and Martina Streif.
Together with them, the new chairman also points out the Young Economy’s annual program, which includes, among other things, a business tour and the summer festival on June 28th. The program offers many opportunities to exchange ideas and make valuable contacts, says Kastinger.
