The public prosecutor emphasizes that the woman had previously spoken out against this in a legal dispute for seven years.
The same lawyer, the same notary and the same appraiser who were involved in a real estate deal on the eastern shore of Lake Traunsee in 2019 are being investigated. Charges have already been brought against the lawyer and the notary in this case, and the expert, a psychiatrist from Linz, is accused of several “courtesy reports” – he is in custody.
