The police investigation is in full swing, but those responsible for the major fire on April 9th have not yet been arrested. Six fire departments were alerted on Tuesday last week at 3 p.m., but the hall was already fully ablaze when the first helpers arrived. Together with a fire expert and with the support of an arson detection dog, it was then clearly determined that it was arson.

Although young people were seen on a video and had already been investigated, this did not lead to any concrete suspicion. Since then, the police have been asking for information from the public. In addition, the victims themselves are now taking action, as the police announced today, Wednesday: They are offering a cash reward of 5,000 euros for those who can provide information that leads to the Research and to Condemnation the perpetrator leads.
