A five-story residential building collapsed in Iran as a result of a domestic gas explosion. On Wednesday, December 22, the newspaper Garda reports.
According to reports, the incident took place in the city of Tabriz, the administrative center of the East Azerbaijan province. Damage was caused to two more houses located next to the destroyed building.
Search and rescue teams found 12 victims, they are receiving medical assistance.
On December 18, 14 people died in a bank explosion in the Pakistani city of Karachi. Another 12 people were injured. According to reports, the explosion occurred due to the accumulation of gas in the sewer network. Most of the dead and injured are clients and employees of the bank.
On October 24, two people were killed and seven others were injured in a gas explosion in a residential building in the city of Dalian in northeastern China. The victims were taken to a nearby hospital.
