A physical attack and throwing of food occurred on Monday around 9 p.m. during a ticket inspection on a local train heading to Vienna. The 22-year-old did not have a valid ticket with him. The rioter should have been escorted off the train at Eggenburg train station (Horn district). The accused hit the train conductor in the head, causing the 55-year-old to suffer a facial injury.
