Queues stretching out onto the street, display cases cleared early in the afternoon and production at full speed: even Gerhard Winkler was surprised that his cinnamon rolls would be so popular. In the fall it continues to whirl

But a comeback seems certain. Due to its great success, Winkler is currently looking for new locations. “It almost makes sense to continue this,” he says in an OÖN interview. Cinnamon rolls could then be available not only in the city center, but also in other parts of Linz. It should be ready in the fall, but Winkler doesn’t want to reveal anything more yet. Little will change in the concept, but it is quite possible that more varieties will be added to the eight.
