The global talent company Randstad presented the results of the Randstad Employer Brand Research 2024a study involving 173,000 respondents in 32 countries, including Uruguaywhich reveals which are the most attractive companies to work for in the country. The winners were chosen based on the opinion of more than 2,000 people surveyed in Uruguay, responding to the factors they consider most relevant when choosing a company to work for. Respondents with diverse profiles such as students, active workers and unemployed, between 18 and 65 years old, responded to 75 companies.
