The man, a 46-year-old Hungarian citizen from Linz, was riding his mountain bike in Steyregg. At the B3 underpass he went too far to the right on the sloping entrance to the underpass, touched the tunnel wall and fell.
The 46-year-old was not wearing a helmet and was seriously injured in the fall. The rescue team and the emergency medical team treated the man and took him to the hospital.
