There are five impressive sculptures created by the Moosdorf metal artist Siegfried Wähner. They adorn the new Floriani path, which extends from the Uttendorf fire department operations center over five stations to the St. Florian pilgrimage church and back again. Always the focus is the motto: “To God’s glory – to defend our neighbor.”
The district fire brigade command has been working on this topic for around three years, which deals with the content of the fire service. And of course with the namesake, Saint Florian. The motto is viewed from different perspectives. The stations are provided with QR codes, which means that you can use your smartphone to view the prepared content for the individual stations on site.
