In addition to the new building of the Pro department store (we reported), a number of smaller projects were on the design advisory board’s program yesterday. There was great praise for a design by architect Isa Stein, which envisages a new building for the EXIT-social association at Ottensheimer Straße 98. The new building should be barrier-free and is well adapted to the needs of its users, people in crisis situations. In addition, with the appearance of an “old fishing village”, it fits well into the surrounding area of Alt-Urfahr.
