During the interrogation, the man partially confessed and stated that he had felt disturbed by the group’s noise. The 56-year-old was reported to be at large by order of the Vienna public prosecutor’s office.

A similar incident occurred a few hours later. In Simmering around 7:30 p.m., a teenager shot at objects with an airsoft gun from a balcony. Again a neighbor alerted the police, who located the boy in an apartment. The 17-year-old Italian said he only shot from the balcony because a friend shot at him from the ground.
