On May 15th, the farmer’s holiday of “Cold Sophie” and the last of the Ice Saints, the spring cold should finally be over. Reason enough for the market participants at the Resthof in Steyr to welcome the warm season with a party. This Wednesday, at the invitation of the city, visitors can enjoy the delicacies on offer from the farm. The range of farm products ranges from (sheep’s) milk products to bacon, bread, pastries and pastries, wine, juices, fruit, vegetables and honey to pasta. The special feature of the Resthofmarkt is that it takes place in the afternoon (every Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.). This means that working people also have the opportunity to buy fresh and regional food directly from producers.
