Innovations in the taxation of associations

Clemens Klinglmair

Associations and voluntary work are considered to be the main pillars of civil society. This year, the non-profit package will result in a number of tax reliefs and innovations for non-profit, charitable and church associations. The non-profit package is described as the largest reform of non-profit tax law in the last 20 years. The core is the expansion of the purposes eligible for donations to all non-profit and charitable purposes as well as the introduction of a tax-free volunteer allowance.

Clemens Klinglmair, partner and managing director of Deloitte Oberösterreich Steuerberatungs GmbH, will speak as a speaker on topics such as the expansion of charitable donations and making it easier to submit applications.
