The Gmunden entrepreneurial family Kurt, Valentin and Viktoria Asamer have acquired the medical, therapist and fitness center Medicent Salzburg from the portfolio of the insolvent Signa Development Selection AG. The investment broker TGGroup, which brokered the deal, announced this in a press release. The takeover not only ensures the continued existence of the center, it is also said that improvements in the tenant structure in the fitness division are planned.
In addition, there will be a “comprehensive visual upgrade” and the implementation of “the most sustainable systems possible”. Signa originally had four Medicent locations. Linz was sold in 2006, Baden in 2019 and Innsbruck the previous year.
