münzbach. A summit cross made by the Catholic men’s movement with the saying: “We are in God’s hands” marks the highest point (598 m above the Adriatic) of Münzbach since the Ascension Day. The placing of the cross and consecration was carried out by Chaplain Kenneth with musical arrangements by the Münzbach Music Association.
The KMB team was pleased to welcome 300 visitors, including Mayor Josef Bindreiter and his wife, who came from near and far to this unique event. The beautification association ensured that two benches and a summit book invite you to pause at the newly built power station. Karin Slawiczek gave the summit cross a very special touch with her original floral decorations.
KMB chairman Leopold Schützeneder thanked the Holzmann family (also known as Hofberger) for allowing this project to be realized on their property. In addition, numerous volunteers and market town employees contributed to the success of the festival.
