A frightened man called 911 in a supermarket parking lot in the early hours of the morning, security forces said. The 25-year-old is said to have said that a constrictor snake about 150 centimeters long was lying on the ground and staring at him with big eyes in the twilight.
The police officers initially saw the same picture until they took a closer look: the supposed snake turned out to be a stuffed toy. “The large constrictor was immediately captured and kept safe,” the police wrote in their statement. And added that the population was never at risk.
