Students at Welser HBLW fulfill their last wishes

Florian Aichhorn thanked the young women for their generous donation.

17 students from the HBLW in Wels and their teachers supported the “Rolling Angels” association with a donation of 1,500 euros. This fulfills the last wishes of seriously ill people, be it a trip to the lake, a concert by their favorite artist or a sports car trip.

The money comes from the proceeds of a culinary event. With the support of their teachers, the young women first planned the idea “Table of Nations – Eat International” in the school subject of business and service management and then successfully put it into action. They prepared a seven-course meal. For an entire evening, guests were treated to culinary specialties from all over the world, including ramen soup from Japan, enchiladas from Mexico and a chocolate tart from France. Each of the dishes was lovingly prepared and attractively presented by the cooking team. Half of the proceeds went to a good cause.
