As reported, Primatech filed for bankruptcy last November. As a sister company of Milltech GmbH, the newly founded Primatech GmbH will be a partner in the areas of sheet metal and welding technology, powder coating and component production.
“We are convinced that this takeover makes strategic sense and opens up new opportunities for us to drive our growth and offer our customers an even better complete service,” says Managing Director Karl Reichinger. Through the acquisition by Milltech, the company will now benefit from its resources, expertise and market access to restore its competitiveness and realize its full potential, emphasizes Reichinger, adding: “We are confident that the acquisition of Primatech will be beneficial for everyone involved The newly created opportunities in the joint group of companies will create comprehensive added value for all parties.”
