The young chef Nacho Bravo not only has a roast catering for almost ten years, but also carries out premium experiences for clients of Airbnb where he teaches them to make their own Barbecue. At 31 years old, he has his own interview channel on Youtube where he exchanges opinions with different gastronomics and, as if that were not enough, he is in charge of two restaurants: one of sushi with meat and your own grill, Pasto House.
Casa Pasto was inaugurated earlier this year in full Palermo Soho, Front of Armenia Square; a true foodie pole. The first thing Nacho did was summon his Fridge of trust, which provides you with cuts of Angus and Hereford breed of excellent quality, and that is how he was encouraged to start his own grill exclusive open doors.
There you can try meat from heavy steers, 100% pasture-raised and specially selected for the location, accompanied by seasonal organic vegetables from Tres Raíces Estate, a small certified organic producer from the town of Rawson (Province of Buenos Aires), which makes the menu vary each season. All products literally go from farm to table.

Advised by an architecture studio, Nacho remodeled a old house where grays and blacks predominate—both on its walls and on its smoothed cement floor—combined with the Guayubira wood of its tables and chairs, the iron of the railings and stairs and the natural light that all the tables receive thanks to the enormous skylight in the main hallway, which generates a very warm feeling. In addition, the place has a covered deck on the sidewalk with capacity for ten people.
To start the experience, in the bread basket comes a country bread made with sourdough and, as a snack, some small roast empanadas, fried and with homemade dough. Then, as an entry, the letter offers sausages and sausages, such as 100% pork chorizo, blood sausage or sweetbreads (the latter are made candied and served with caramelized lemon and corn cream).

As main dish, Different cuts are proposed that can be ordered with the level that the diner desires, among which there is never a lack of chorizo steak, beef eye, entraña, pork matambrito and asado banderita, all highly recommended.
To accompany, they have salads or vegetable dishes, of which it is suggested to try the tomato platter, pumpkin cream with fried onions and roasted bell peppers, or beet tartare. Additionally, you can order French fries, which are triple cooked and served very crispy.
As for the dessert, The menu includes two Argentinian goodies: the homemade flan (which went through several tests until reaching the final recipe) and the inevitable pancakes with dulce de leche.

The bartender shines at the bar Ailén Álvarez, who to pair with meats created some cocktails, such as French Love (Chardonnay, dry gin, floral syrup and cherry brandy), the Amber Charm (Aperol, triple sec liqueur, pumpkin and chamomile cordial) and The old (bourbon, golden rum, cinnamon, vanilla and walnut perfume), among others.
As it is only open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon to midnight, it is necessary book in advance.
A must stop for foreign and, why not, for Argentines wanting to claim quality national barbecue. Ideal for celebrating as a group, visiting with family or toasting as a couple.
