Two motorcyclists crashed into each other near paddock 4. A 21-year-old Tyrolean and a couple from France were injured, some seriously. It is still unclear how exactly the accident happened, according to the Styrian State Police Directorate.
The collision occurred at around 11 p.m. on the event site. The 21-year-old from the Schwaz district was riding a borrowed motorbike towards the fan zone. At the same time, the couple from France, both 45 years old, came towards him. The two bikes collided head-on. The young Tyrolean suffered serious head injuries and was taken to the LKH University Hospital in Graz. The two Frenchmen were taken to the LKH Leoben for treatment.
