The visitors on the first day of the Integra trade fair in Wels on Wednesday were as diverse as the exhibitors: experts from the care, health and social sectors, trade and production, as well as private visitors, obtained information from 240 exhibitors on inclusion, care, rehabilitation and therapy with a special focus on people with disabilities.

In addition to manufacturers of therapy and support equipment as well as care accessories, numerous associations, care service providers and legal advisors are also represented with their own stands.

In addition, there are numerous events, said trade fair director Robert Schneider: “The program is what makes Integra particularly special. Some lectures count as training courses, including a certificate of participation.”

The first day was a positive one: “We have more exhibitors this year than last time, and given the high demand, we are also expecting an increase in visitors,” said Schneider. Numerous visitors are also expected at the trade fair, which is presented by the OÖN, on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

“See what’s new”

Lisa Salihovic from Linz was at the fair on a private basis. “My husband and I are blind, we came here with our mobile companion,” she said. A lecture and a visit to the stand of the Blind Association were on the agenda for her. “Otherwise I want to see what’s new,” said the Linz resident.

For the fifth time, Ivica Zeko is presenting his company’s offering: “Zeko Mobility” adapts cars for passengers in wheelchairs. “Visitors appreciate being able to view and compare so many different offers in one place,” said the entrepreneur from Linz.
