Corona walks piss off many Steyrers

So-called strollers have been meeting on Sundays since January to demonstrate against the Corona measures. These noisy walks, largely carried out by foreign demo tourists, annoy more and more people from Steyr. Two days ago a petition, already signed by hundreds, was forwarded to city and state politicians to stop these illegal demos. It says: “We are fed up with the fact that people who consciously endanger the health and life of their fellow human beings and incite others to disrupt public peace and order with rioting and threatening behavior every Sunday. We don’t want to curtail anyone’s democratic rights, which includes the right to demonstrate. ”However, the walks are not registered demonstrations in which corona requirements are mocked under the eyes of the inactive police.
