The ninja course was a flop for the boss, who is himself extremely well trained, not only in the RTL show “Ninja Warrior”, but also in his own hall in the Steyrer Stadtgut. Here as there, Sven Decker shook off the cold water and did not just carry on whining. Now, in the main “Happy Fit” building, a center for kickboxing and Asian martial arts is being completed in the ninja hall, which was abandoned due to a lack of customers. The large fitness studio itself has been reinvented with cycling simulations, video walls and a slide between the floors. 4,000 weightlifters, ergometer cyclists and conveyor belt runners are registered at the Steyr studio, many of them are premium members who will soon be able to check in at 29 “Happy Fit” studios in Upper Austria and a few in Lower Austria with their chip on their collars.

The 28th branch will open in St. Konrad near Gmunden on Monday. The former Yum Yum near the train station in Amstetten is currently being renovated for the 29th branch. From autumn, the fitness equipment that regular “Happy Fit” customers already know because it is the same everywhere will be installed in the former trendy bar. “At Happy Fit, people already know the household customs, the equipment, the advice. That is our advantage for health-conscious people,” says marketing manager Valentin Reibmayr. He is convinced that the concept will work in Amstetten too: “It is an interesting market for us and I think we can offer a lot there.” After Krems and Ybbs, Amstetten will be the third “Happy Fit” under the Enns.
