For more than a year, the three owners discussed how the old ÖBB settlement between Ginskeystrasse and Füchselstrasse, the so-called Gölsdorf area, in the Franckviertel should be developed. The results of the cooperative planning process are now available.

As reported, the area is owned one third each by the municipal GWG, Strabag Real Estate and, after a sale, the IFA Institute for Investment Consulting. It is not yet clear who will manage which areas, and there is no architectural planning yet, but there is a rough concept for the almost 28,000 square meter area.
