In order to reduce the frequency of accidents, the EU requires car manufacturers to install various assistants in newly registered vehicles from July 1, 2024. These include: speed assistant, fatigue and attention warning, emergency lane departure warning, emergency brake light and reversing assistant. In addition, a black box that stores the most recent driving data and a device for an immobilizer (alcohol test) must be installed.
