The young woman from Mühlviertel climbed a wooden ladder onto a jumping platform, from which she jumped into a haystack from a height of about 1.60 meters. The girl landed with both feet first and then fell onto her back. After landing, she remained unconscious.
The 10-year-old’s mother immediately provided first aid and set the rescue chain in motion. After receiving emergency medical treatment, the injured child was taken to the Linz Children’s Hospital by rescue helicopter.
