New studio album and live comeback: Rainhard Fendrich goes full throttle

Rainhard Fendrich will be 70 years old on February 25, 2025.

Rainhard Fendrich will be celebrating his 70th birthday next year (February 27) and his 45th stage anniversary. The Viennese artist is giving his fans two gifts – the new studio album “Wimpernschlag” and a live comeback. “Wimpernschlag” is scheduled to hit the shelves in early 2025, and a tour of Austria, Germany and Switzerland will begin in April.

On May 5th, Fendrich will be performing at the TipsArena Linz. Tickets are available from Friday (June 28th), 10am, in exclusive pre-sale on oeticket.com and from Tuesday (July 2nd), 10am, at all known ticket offices. OÖN subscribers receive a ten percent discount on tickets for Fendrich’s Linz date at nachrichten.at/ticket and at all Oeticket contract ticket offices in Austria.
