Located on the waterfront, on the other side of the Río de la Plata, January Restaurant It is a meeting point that attracts with its exotic atmosphere, a proposal that invites relaxation, a gastronomic menu inspired by the Italian-Argentine tradition and a bar that is a brand in itself and surprises with signature cocktails.
With its privileged and well-used location, Enero stands out for having different spaces, so that each person can choose which experience they want to enjoy: a main room, where the restaurant operates, which has a window with a view of the river, jungle plants and references to the blue coast of the Mediterranean; and a 350 m² terraced deck with comfortable chairs and tables where Aguaviva is located, the most famous of the three bars.

On the attractive terrace, which blends in and is enhanced by the trees and the nature of the estuary, it is possible to disconnect from the noise of the city and feel like you are on holiday, while the bartender in charge of the AguaViva bar, Emilio Torres, prepares classic, signature and seasonal cocktails.

The menu, led by chef Matías Sosa, is inspired by the fusion of Italian and Argentine cuisine. It features meats of different types and cooking methods, pastas, empanadas, side dishes, dips and classic desserts with signature touches. Although there are some dishes that are already iconic at the place, such as the eggplant parmiggiana starter (with pomodoro, vegetable demiglace, pesto, parmesan foam and eggplant ash) and the provoleta gnocchi (one of the most requested and recommended), the menu usually varies according to the season, to offer new flavors based on the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, Enero ups the ante: various national and international DJs accompany the evenings with line-ups from the afternoon onwards. In addition, there are innovative cycles and activities – especially on Sundays – in which culinary offerings, socialising and music come together.
The terrace at Enero —far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with an easily accessible location— invites you to connect with enjoyment and your own interior, perhaps with a De Paseo por Italia in hand (the most popular cocktail of the fall/winter, based on Campari and coffee beans), while your gaze wanders over the river.
