Almost 100 mountain rescue, fire and police personnel were involved in the search operation. They received air support from the police helicopter and two drones. Fire service boats searched the Ödseen. Four police blood and body detection dogs and seven mountain rescue mantrailing dogs were also deployed.
The emergency services focused their efforts on the extensive valley of the Hintere Hetzau, which was searched extensively. The search did not yield any new clues.
