The voluntary agreement proposed by the signing financial institutions states that debtors who meet the conditions may voluntarily agree to restructure their debts by paying the balance of the capital initially granted without any update, with an interest rate of 0%. Said capital may be paid in national currency, between 1 and 36 consecutive monthly installments.
The process to restructure debts can be started entirely online from July 11, 2024 to November 15, 2024.
