The storm front that swept across Upper Austria overnight into Sunday required 134 operations, 45 fire departments and 680 firefighters. The Innviertel and parts of the Grieskirchen district were particularly affected. There were again fallen trees, damage to roofs and minor flooding.

In Zell an der Pram (Schärding district), for example, the roof of the retirement home was damaged. Parts of the roof were blown off by the storm, causing rain to pour almost unhindered into the building and the water made its way through several floors, reports the Schulleredt fire department.
