Saavedra It is a residential neighborhood in Buenos Aires where a small gastronomic center has been formed for some years. There, Boulevard, a space to try exotic cocktails and a street food offering that includes interesting “small dishes” to take to the center of the table and share. For example, the fried ravioli goat cheese, roasted tomatoes and spinach; grilled halloumi cheese skewers, served with a spicy tomato jam; and two varieties of tacos in corn tortilla: some with shrimp, cabbage, herb mayonnaise and red onion pickles, and others with fried chicken with pico de gallo and avocado. The place draws attention with its exposed bricks, psychedelic murals with rock motifs and large mirrors. Every Friday and Saturday from 10 pm, there is a live DJ set with ambient music such as house or chill.
