In the past, the Innviertel stork family, which had settled in a nursery in Zell an der Pram, had already delighted many visitors. The white stork couple and their stork chick were nesting on a tall spruce tree.
The storms on the second weekend in July suddenly destroyed the family’s cozy happiness. A gust of wind tore half of the nest to the ground, including the stork’s chick. Fortunately, the stork remained unharmed.
