The break-in is said to have taken place at one o’clock in the night between Saturday and Sunday, as the manager of the bike shop said in response to an OÖN inquiry.

23 high-quality bikes stolen
A total of 23 e-bikes with a total value of around 180,000 euros were stolen. The bikes were found a short time later in a nearby forest. The police monitored the storage areas in the hope that the suspected perpetrators would return to the loot.
The Upper Austria State Police Directorate confirmed the incident to the OÖN. However, due to ongoing investigations, no exact details could be given.
