The medium-sized company announced this on Tuesday. Wolfgang Pucher took up his position as technical director on July 1st, and Min Kim took over responsibility for the market division in May.
The duo replaces the two long-standing managing directors Heinz Kindlhofer and Wolfgang Timelthaler. Timelthaler was with the company for 35 years, 15 of which as managing director. Kindlhofer joined E+E Elektronik in 2019.
The company employs 460 people and recently had a turnover of 64 million euros.
