Steyr introduces digital parking cards for residents

From this day on, parking cards no longer need to be attached to the car if they are only assigned to a license plate. The digital resident parking card can be applied for online at www.steyr.at. Before the parking permit expires, holders receive a reminder to extend the card without any red tape.

The cost of the parking card will remain essentially the same with the digital switchover. However, the city of Steyr will grant an online bonus of six euros if you apply for a resident parking permit or a long-term parking permit completely digitally with ID Austria.
