Almost all of Altmünster was in a celebratory mood last weekend. Only a few people apparently didn’t enjoy the fair in the castle park. Because just a few kilometers away, unknown people took out their frustration on the building of the elementary and middle school in the Neukirchen district.
Furniture around the building was destroyed and set on fire, a plastic sign on the entrance door was torn down and the door was smeared with feces.
The school was reopened just a few months ago. A few weeks ago, a similar act of vandalism occurred in the immediate vicinity: the public toilet and the cemetery wall were damaged. The market town of Altmünster has filed a complaint against an unknown person.
