Musical style boundaries are overcome effortlessly and with joy when the “Sunnseitns” bring musicians and dancers from eight countries onto the stage for the “Festival of the Dancing Audience” this Saturday on the grounds of the Braucommune Freistadt.
The range of invited artists stretches from the Austrian indie rock band “Endless Wellness” to the Sweet Emma Band with the American soul singer Chanda Rule and the French accordion virtuoso Arnaud Méthiviér. A total of twelve groups and three DJs prepare the ground for a Sunnseitn night of dancing. For audiences from the central area, there is the Sunnseitn shuttle, which runs from OK-Platz in Linz to Brauhaus Freistadt on Saturday evening and back again late at night.
The Sunnseitn warm-up will take place on Friday (7 p.m.) at the Pammer Inn in Guttenbrunn. On Sunday (11 a.m.) a midday pint at the Riepl Inn in Gallneukirchen will round off this year’s Sunnseitn dance fun.
