There were three children and young people in her car (aged six, eight, 13 and 18). She crashed into an oncoming car in Wettmannstätten (Deutschlandsberg district) in which two people were sitting. According to the police, all seven were injured and the fire service and rescue services were deployed for hours.

The woman from Graz was driving on Predingerstrasse (L303) from Gleinstätten towards Preding at around 4:30 p.m. when she drove into an oncoming car. The 50-year-old driver and his 16-year-old passenger were injured, as were all five people in the 38-year-old’s vehicle. The seven injured people were taken to the Graz Regional Hospital. The breathalyzer test for both drivers was negative.
The Wettmannstätten and Preding fire departments were deployed with 25 personnel and five vehicles, and the Red Cross with three vehicles.
