“We are going through a difficult winter, there has been irregularity in the rains, luckily this week there was some precipitation that tempers this situation,” said the head of the Executive power.
In this regard, Mattos regretted that there had already been “many successive frosts” throughout the season and that there was “a complicated fodder situation” because during the fall it was not possible to sow normally due to the rains.
