The roofs of two residential buildings caught fire in Sochi on Kaluzhskaya Street. This was announced on January 9 by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the Krasnodar Territory.
“Upon arrival at the site of the first subdivisions, it was established that the roofs of two residential buildings were burning on an area of 250 sq. m. Four Delta barrels were supplied to extinguish the fire, four links of the gas and smoke protection service were created, ”the message says.
According to the department, the first units arrived at 16:34 (coincides with Moscow. – Ed.), And at 17:09 the fire was already localized.
“The fire was extinguished at 17:30,” the release says.
The regional Ministry of Emergency Situations noted that there were no victims of the fire.
Earlier, on December 31, a fire was reported in an abandoned building in Sochi on Pervomayskaya Street. A video from the scene appeared on the Web, which shows that the roof of the house was on fire.
