The voting intention of the Colorado Party continues to grow and the coalition surpasses the Broad Front

The voting intention of the Colorado Party (PC) continues to grow throughout the surveys and the Republican Coalition (Multicolor Coalition) surpasses the Broad Front (FA) in view of the general elections in October despite the fall of the National Party (PN).

According to the latest survey by the consulting firm Factum, the PC of Andres Ojeda It represents 15% of voting intentions during the fourth quarter of the year, an increase of 3 percentage points (pp) compared to the third quarter and up to 7 pp compared to the first quarter.

The growing trend of the PC seems to monopolize the internal migration of votes within the official alliance, since the PN fell 4 pp from one semester to another after the announcement of the presidential formula Alvaro Delgado-Valeria Ripollgoing from 30% to 26%.

For its part, Open Town Hall (AC) remains at 5%, less than half of what it achieved during its electoral debut in 2019, while the Independent Party (PI) seems to be consolidating around 3%.

Despite the apparent loss of votes suffered by the coalition’s leading party, the multi-coloured sum represents 49% of the votes, that is, 5 pp more than the FA, which reaches 44% after growing 1 pp since the previous two months.

Three political forces hope to achieve parliamentary representation

On the other hand, there is a growth in the number of opposition parties, which are beginning to hope to achieve parliamentary representation just over two months before the elections.

For its part, the left-wing coalition Popular Unity-Workers Front (UP-FT) could also reach the House of Representatives with around 1%, just as Unidad Popular, one of its member parties, did in 2014.

In turn, the young party Sovereign Identity (ES), led by the lawyer Gustavo Salle and which was a surprise in the internal elections after finishing above the PI and becoming the fifth force, would have another 1%.

The sum of the rest of the matches also reached 1%, while the people who will vote blank or spoiled turned out to be the remaining 3%.
