The leader announced the start of the works after a meeting with a Brazilian delegation where, in addition to setting a date for a structure whose negotiations began more than 20 years ago, progress was made on aspects to complete the waterway of Merin Lagoon.


“It is a project that is moving forward and we hope, according to what the investors told us, to be able to start work next year,” he said.
